Royal Fizz Cocktail
This refreshing cocktail is strikingly beautiful and perfect for summer! It features an indigo colored gin – Empress 1908 Gin, along with other bar staples.

- 1 1/1 OZ Empress 1908 Gin
- 3/4 OZ Lime Juice
- 1 OZ Simple Syrup
- 4 OZ Ginger Beer
- Lemon Twist – Garnish
- Fresh Fruit – Garnish
Instructions
Pour gin, lime juice, and simple syrup into cocktail shaker. Shake and pour into chilled glass. Fill with ginger beer (approximately 4 ounces). Garnish with lemon twist and fresh fruit.
