This meal came from being inspired in the kitchen. Honestly, I don’t normally place food on top of each other, but I couldn’t help this one. Plating the food right next to each other wouldn’t have been as visually-appealing as placing it all on top of each other. So that’s what I did and I’m so happy I tried.
Other than taste, presentation is so important with food.
