It’s so easy to make a smoothie bowl. You’ll need standard smoothie ingredients like greek yogurt, frozen fruit, and acai powder. I like to freeze my smoothie mixture until I’m ready to eat it. Freezing keeps the smoothie mixture firm and the right temperature. I only do this for about 10 minutes. Fresh fruit, granola, and toppings including, SKIPPY® Natural Creamy Peanut Butter Spread Squeeze Pack or SKIPPY® Creamy Peanut Butter Squeeze Pack are essential to complete the smoothie bowl. SKIPPY® Peanut Butter Squeeze Packs are resealable and contain roughly 5 servings. I can use what I need and save the rest for later. Get the full protein packed smoothie bowl recipe here.
